Note: AC expenses are not included in the rent price. if you need Air-Conditioning you have to pay $3 extra or (as much you consume electricity / by the electric meter)

Terms and Conditions:

• Full advance rent (on arrival in any currency equivalent)
• Beside rent you have to pay $200 (fixed) as security money (refundable) in case of any damage to furnishing, the repairing/replacing cost will be deducted from the security and remaining will be refunded when you leave.
• No illegal activity.
• your address, phone numbers and next of kin (in case of any emergency)
• Copy of your ID card or passport
• You have to sign an agreement.
• The Check in & Check out time is 12 Noon (but don’t worry, it is flexible)
  

Please note: Its a Family Guest House, No illegal activity (Alcohol/prostitution/female guests/gambling/fighting etc). if you violate the agreement we will not have any choice but to kick you out and call the police, and then no refundeds either.

Refund Policy:

Book accommodation online and Pay on arrival (in your currency) in case, if you dislike the accommodation, you can have a full refund of your remaining days and you will also get the refund of your security money after deducting any damage charges (if any)
